About Us
- Approximately 3,600 acres in unincorporated Maricopa County 30 miles west of the Town of Gila Bend
- Up to 500-megawatt photovoltaic solar array on single-axis trackers, and battery storage
- Construction in phases; first phase to be completed by 2024
- Clean electricity equivalent to the consumption of 200,000 homes
- Batteries to dispatch solar energy at night
- Clean, renewable (sunlight) solution to reduce dependency on fossil fuels
- Meet rising energy demand with no emission
- Utilize lands that are most suitable for solar development
- Adjacent to existing electrical infrastructure reducing environmental impacts associated with additional infrastructure
- Employ many experienced professionals and workers during construction within Maricopa County
