- Construction in phases; first phase to begin as early as 2025
- Batteries to dispatch solar energy at night
- Clean, renewable (sunlight) solution to reduce dependency on fossil fuels
- Meet rising energy demand with no emission
- Utilize lands that are most suitable for solar development
- Adjacent to existing electrical infrastructure reducing environmental impacts associated with additional infrastructure
- Employ many experienced professionals and workers during construction
